Reactive Iatrogenetic Multi-System Disorder.
Firstly, it is necessary to know all quantum biophysical semeiotic constitutions of such a patient, involved apparently by reactive jatrogenetic (heroin and contaminants) multi-system disorder. Secondly, quantum biophysical semeiotic bedside evaluation of liver, kidney, pancreas, heart, macro- and microcirculation could play a central role in the diagnosis. Finally, in my opinion, we have to ascertain unavoidably microcirculatory bed structure and function, particularly in BALT, GALT, CALT and in the Synovium at the level of diseased joints, according to Clinical Microangiology.
